When we picked them up, we asked if they would look at another project where we needed a large piece of glass installed in a wind screen. They came out that afternoon to look at it and even recommended a contractor to fix a few broken, damaged tiles that needed to be done before the glass could be installed, greatly simplifying a project that required coordination between two contractors.
